Course Enrollment and Payment

4.2. Payment for courses must be made in full before the start date unless an installment plan has been formally agreed upon.
4.3. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
4.4. Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
5.1. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the start date of your course.
5.2. To request a refund, you must submit a written request within the 7-day period explaining your reasons for dissatisfaction.
5.3. After the 7-day period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
5.4. Refunds do not include any non-refundable registration fees or payment processing fees.
Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on our website and course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of CodePilipinas or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without our written permission.
Student Projects and Work
7.1. You retain ownership of the projects and work you create during our courses.
7.2. By submitting work for review or sharing it in our learning platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share your work for educational and promotional purposes.
7.3. We will make reasonable efforts to give appropriate attribution when using your work.
Conduct Policy
8.1. You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
8.2. You will not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
8.3. You will respect the rights and dignity of other students and staff members.
8.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for users who violate these conduct policies.
Attendance and Participation
9.1. Regular attendance and active participation are expected from all enrolled students.
9.2. Missing more than 30% of scheduled sessions may result in ineligibility for completion certificates unless special arrangements have been made.
9.3. We reserve the right to remove students who consistently disrupt the learning environment.
Cancellation Policy
10.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10.2. In the event of a course cancellation, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
10.3. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of cancellations or changes as early as possible.
Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodePilipinas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
11.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable course or service.
No Guarantees
12.1. While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific income levels following completion of our courses.
12.2. Learning outcomes depend on various factors, including individual effort, prior knowledge, and diligent practice.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
